Return Policy - We strive for your total satisfaction, however, if an animal health product needs to be returned, an authorization number for return must be obtained within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Returns on unopened products will be granted up to 21 days after purchase and must be received at Healthy Pets NW within 10 days thereafter. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy - All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders are shipped using UPS.
